Neurodivergent Sister Circle Programme

For women who hold everything together - until they can’t.

A 12-week guided circle for neurodivergent, gifted, highly sensitive, and twice-exceptional women who are tired of carrying everyone else’s basket as well as their own.

A space to regulate your nervous system, express your needs without guilt, and finally stop carrying everything alone.

April 2026 cohort

You’ll be invited to share a little about yourself before the next step.

We’re keeping this circle intentionally intimate, with just 10 places available.

“Going to the circle felt like coming home to myself. A sanctuary where I could reconnect with my body and be supported by other women.”

— Elba

You may recognise yourself here

Many of the women who join the Circle tell me they:

  • Over-explain their needs

  • Replay conversations in their head for hours

  • Shut down during conflict

  • Avoid social spaces to prevent overwhelm

  • Feel resentful but don’t know how to say no

  • Look capable on the outside but feel exhausted inside

They’ve spent years trying to fix themselves.

Reading the books.
Doing the therapy.
Learning every self-help framework.

But something still feels missing.

Because most support was never designed for the way your nervous system actually works.

Why I Created the Sister Circle

Over the years of working with neurodivergent women, I kept noticing the same pattern.

Many were thoughtful, capable women who had spent their lives adapting to environments that didn’t quite understand them.

They had developed extraordinary insight into themselves - yet very few had experienced a space where they could simply be met as they are.

Without masking.
Without needing to justify their sensitivity.
Without feeling like they were “too much.”

The Sister Circle was created to offer that kind of space.

A place where women who think deeply and feel intensely can slow down, explore their patterns with honesty, and experience what it feels like to be supported by others who understand.

Not to fix themselves.

But to understand themselves - and to begin relating to their lives with greater clarity and self-trust.

The Neurodivergent Sister Circle Programme

The Sister Circle Programme is a small, guided circle where women who think and feel deeply come together to explore their patterns in a safe and non-judgmental space.

This is not another programme you have to keep up with.

There is no homework.
No pressure to perform.
No expectation that you have everything figured out.

Just a steady space to pause, reflect, and be supported.

A space where you can exhale.

A space where you don’t have to mask, explain, or shrink yourself.

A place where the women around you recognise what it feels like to move through the world a little differently - because they live it too.

Together, we gently explore what happens when you begin to stop abandoning yourself to keep the peace, and instead learn how to stay connected to your needs, your voice, and your nervous system.

Over time, many women discover that when they are no longer trying to manage everything alone, something begins to soften.

Not because they have forced themselves to change.

But because they are finally experiencing what it feels like to be understood, supported, and met as they are.

What begins to change

By the end of the Circle, most women describe feeling:

  • calmer in their body

  • clearer about their needs

  • more confident in relationships

  • less overwhelmed by emotional intensity

  • able to speak their truth without spiralling afterwards

Not because they learned new scripts.

Because their nervous system finally feels supported.

Imagine if...

Even small moments in your day began to feel easier.

  • You noticed overwhelm before it took over.
You could say no without spiralling for hours.
You stopped rehearsing conversations in your head.
    You trusted yourself during conflict.
You went to bed without the mind spiral.

This is what becomes possible when your nervous system finally feels safe enough to respond instead of react.

What Makes This Circle Different

There are many spaces where women gather.

What makes the Neurodivergent Sister Circle different is the depth of understanding around how neurodivergent nervous systems actually work.

Many women in this circle have spent years trying to adapt to environments that required them to mask their intensity, sensitivity, or way of thinking.

In this space, those qualities are not something to manage or hide.

They are understood.

The circle brings together three elements that are rarely held in the same place:

Relational exploration
Instead of only focusing on personal insight, we look at the patterns that show up in relationships and how to navigate them differently.

Nervous system awareness
We work gently with regulation and overwhelm so your body can begin to feel safer in connection.

Shared lived experience
You are surrounded by women who recognise what it’s like to feel deeply, think intensely, and move through the world a little differently.

The result is a space where real change can happen - not through pressure or performance, but through presence and understanding.

Many women who join say this is the first space where they have felt able to relax into who they really are.

The Journey We Take Together

Over the 12 weeks we move through four phases.

Empty the Basket – Release emotional responsibility that was never yours to carry.

Relationship Renewal – Express needs without collapsing, exploding, or over-explaining.

Reparenting & Repair – Learn how to meet your nervous system before it floods.

Integration & Leadership – Trust yourself in real-time conversations and decisions.

How the Circle Works

The Sister Circle meets weekly for 90 minutes over Zoom across 12 weeks.

Each gathering gently combines:

grounding and nervous system regulation
guided sharing (always invitational, never pressured)
somatic or reflective practices
integration and closing

In the middle of the programme there will be a 1–2 week integration break.

This creates space to rest, reflect, and process more deeply before continuing the journey together.

This rhythm helps the work land in your nervous system and daily life, rather than becoming just another thing to keep up with.

Over time, the consistency of meeting together allows trust to develop naturally within the group.

The circle is intentionally small.

Maximum 10 women.

This allows each participant to be seen, heard, and supported as the work unfolds.

If you’ve never quite felt like you fit anywhere…

You’re not alone.

Many women in this circle have spent years feeling:

  • too sensitive

  • too intense

  • too complicated

  • too much for most spaces

The Neurodivergent Sister Circle exists so that, for once, you don’t have to edit yourself to belong.

Who This Circle Is For

This space is for women who:

  • identify as neurodivergent (diagnosed or self-identified)

  • are highly sensitive, gifted, ADHD, autistic, or twice-exceptional

  • feel like they don’t quite belong anywhere

  • are exhausted from being the strong one for everyone else

  • are ready to look honestly at relational patterns

You do not need a formal diagnosis.

If this resonates, you belong here.

This circle may not be the right fit if you are looking for:

  • quick mindset hacks

  • surface-level sharing

  • a programme focused only on productivity

This work is deep, relational, and transformative.

  • "Kanan as a facilitator holds a sacred, safe space for women to come together collectively to put our swords down. Long enough to allow us to drop into our bodies and reconnect to ourselves and with other women. The circle was a weekly spiritual support to keep me grounded, and present throughout the week and stay connected with others in my reality. Going to the circle was like going home to myself into my own sanctuary. I recommend any woman looking for a sanctuary to meet themselves here. Finding peace and relief here."

    — Elba

  • "Kanan's course developed over the 12 week duration to cover different topics/experiences that have a recurring theme for neurodivergent women. The cross section of modalities applied gave each session a multi-faceted yet tailored blend of tools to help navigate these different aspects of life. Kanan is particularly sensitive to energy and how to harness this collectively, so even weeks where the topic was 'heavier', we left feeling lighter. I have taken many useful gifts from this course ranging from personal insight to self soothing and empowerment techniques. I have also met a beautiful range of women whom I would not typically encounter, but were brave enough to share this space and themselves with vulnerability and bravery. We all grew in this space together."

    — Jessica

  • “Joining this circle was one of the most regulating and validating experiences I’ve had in a long time. Over the 12 weeks I gained practical nervous system tools I now return to regularly, but the deeper shift was realising I’m not alone in how I think, feel, or move through the world. Being in a space where sensitivity and emotional intelligence were welcomed, not pathologised, was incredibly healing. This isn’t surface-level self-development - it’s subtle, foundational work that changes how you relate to yourself and others.”

    — Natty

  • “I joined the circle feeling completely lost and vulnerable after a late ADHD diagnosis during menopause. I didn’t have the words to describe what I was going through, or the tools to find my way forward. Over the 12 weeks, the circle helped me understand my neurodivergence, recognise my needs, and begin rebuilding from a place of authenticity rather than trying to fit in. I’ve gone from feeling broken and hopeless to feeling curious about who I really am and hopeful about the future.”

    — Helen

  • "This program, gave me the space to reflect on life and how I am living it. I appreciated each session and the mindfulness it brought into my life. Spending time with like minded women and hearing their experiences, that often reflected my own, was validating and created an environment of mutual support and acceptance. Kanan expertly facilitates a warm, kind and accepting space."

    — Lucie

  • "Kanan is such a natural facilitator and spaceholder who brings an incredible wealth of experience and resources. Her giftedness, sensitivity and intuition allow her to pick up on other sisters' needs and experiences. It is such an honour and privilege to go through this transformational journey with her. I recommend the experience to any gifted woman seeking community and belonging."

    — Anne

  • "The biggest takeaway is really honoring and acknowledging my energy levels and what my capacity is to be in spaces. Prioritizing myself isn't selfish-it is healthy living."

    — Monica

Frequently Asked Questions

If you have a question that isn’t answered here, you’re very welcome to reach out directly.

  • No. Many women who resonate with this circle are self-identifying or still exploring their neurodivergence.

You might recognise traits of ADHD, autism, giftedness, high sensitivity, or twice-exceptionality. Or you may simply feel like you’ve always experienced the world differently.

If the description of the circle resonates with you, that is enough.

  • Yes.

This space is not about labels or proving anything. It’s about shared experiences of sensitivity, intensity, and navigating a world that often feels overwhelming.

If you’ve spent much of your life feeling like you don’t quite belong anywhere, you will likely feel at home here.

  • Many women who join this circle have spent much of their lives feeling exactly that way.

They often arrive wondering whether they will once again be the “different one” in the room.

In practice, something quite different tends to happen.

Because the circle brings together women who think deeply, feel intensely, and have often navigated similar patterns, there is usually a strong sense of recognition very quickly.

You’re not expected to be the same as everyone else.

    Your differences are welcome here.

The intention of the circle is not to create sameness, but to create a space where each woman can be fully herself without needing to edit or explain who she is.

  • That’s completely normal.

Nothing in the circle is ever forced. Sharing is always invitational. You are welcome to participate at the pace that feels safe for you.

Many women find that simply being present with others who understand can be deeply regulating.

Over time, trust tends to build naturally.

  • Each 90-minute gathering includes:

    • grounding and nervous system regulation

    • space for guided sharing

    • somatic or reflective practices

    • integration and closing

Every session is gently facilitated by Kanan to ensure the space remains safe, respectful, and supportive for everyone.

  • Because women in the circle may be joining from different parts of the world, the final session time will be agreed once the sisters joining the circle are confirmed.

This allows us to take time zone differences into account and choose a time that works as well as possible for everyone.

  • Life happens.

While regular attendance helps build trust within the circle, missing a session occasionally is completely okay.

We simply ask that women join with the intention of being present for most of the 12 weeks.

  • No.

This is a guided relational circle, not psychotherapy.

However, many women find that the shared space, nervous system work, and relational exploration can be deeply healing alongside therapy or other forms of personal work.

  • The group is intentionally small so that everyone has space to be seen and heard.

This also allows real trust and connection to develop over the 12 weeks.

  • That’s completely understandable.

You’re welcome to share a little about yourself so we can see whether the circle feels like a supportive fit.

There’s no pressure - simply an opportunity to explore whether this space might serve you.

  • Yes. In the spirit of dana (generosity), each Sister Circle cohort includes two reduced-fee places for women who feel genuinely called to join but may not currently be able to afford the full fee.

If this applies to you, you’re welcome to mention it when sharing a little about yourself. These spaces are offered quietly and respectfully.
