What You’ll Get in This Programme
12 x 60-minute 1:1 Zoom sessions – Weekly sessions to work through what’s holding you back, build emotional resilience, and integrate new ways of thinking and being.
Email and WhatsApp support – Share insights and progress between sessions, ask questions, and get support as challenges arise.
Accountability check-ins – Keep yourself on track with personalised guidance and practical steps to help you follow through on the promises you’ve made to yourself.
Resources and worksheets (where needed) – Deepen your understanding and continue growing outside of sessions with personalised tools and materials.
